Dispatch

For readily available artworks, orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.

For commissioned artworks, production and delivery timelines are discussed and confirmed with the client at the time of the order.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on shipping partners and, in the case of international shipments, customs procedures.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packed to ensure safe transit.

• Artworks that can be rolled are securely packed and shipped in protective PVC tubes.
• Artworks that cannot be rolled are packed in custom wooden crates for additional protection during shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the artwork, packaging requirements, and delivery location.

Where applicable, shipping charges will be shared and confirmed with the client prior to dispatch.

International shipments are calculated based on destination, packaging method, and volumetric weight, and will be communicated once delivery details are confirmed.

Returns

We encourage clients to be certain of their purchase before confirming an order. Given the fragile nature of artworks, we do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged Works

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the artwork and its packaging.

We will review the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve the matter.
